Terms & Conditions – Machinery Purchasing

By placing an order with RJR Groups, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• All quotations are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, shipping, and installation charges unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment or full payment, where applicable.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing, shipping, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for inspecting the machinery upon delivery and reporting any visible damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.
• Warranty coverage, if provided, is limited to the manufacturer's warranty terms and does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
• Machinery specifications, images, and descriptions are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the actual product.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if approved by RJR Groups and in accordance with our return policy.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may be subject to applicable charges.
• RJR Groups shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the machinery is suitable for their intended application and complies with local regulations.
• Any disputes arising from the purchase shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
